Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi University (ADU) in partnership with Cleveland under the patronage of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak “Mother of Nations” As part of its ongoing efforts to expand education and awareness into the community, Mubadala Health’s partner Abu Dhabi Clinic, with the support of the General Women’s Union (GWU), organized a programme under the theme “Healthier Living Through Knowledge and Awareness: 2022 Breast Cancer Update” workshop. The symposium saw the participation of global experts and consultants from the Cleveland Clinic in Abu Dhabi, who discussed the latest developments in breast cancer, including risk assessment, genetic screening, the latest treatment options and a holistic path to recovery. In addition, His Excellency Dr. Moza bint Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Professor of Management at Abu Dhabi University Business School and Chairman of the Faculty Advisory Board, and His Excellency Reem Abdullah Al Falasi, Secretary General of the Supreme Council, attended the seminar as mothers.
The seminar was attended by ambassadors and embassy representatives from the United States, Australia, Sweden, Panama, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Costa Rica, as well as representatives of the French Healthcare Association and SEHA.
