The Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi) has announced a series of events for the 2022/2023 winter season that will create excitement and enhance the destination experience in the UAE capital.
The latest Abu Dhabi calendar was unveiled in a televised talk show-style launch featuring 180 days of extraordinary concerts by regional and international artists, exhilarating sports and e-sports events, immersive Cultural festivals, live interactive family shows, delightful concerts and unmissable theatre, opera and dance performances.
Highly anticipated events in the Abu Dhabi calendar include live concerts by Sting, Andrea Bocelli and AR Rahman, the first NBA Abu Dhabi Games, the return of Abu Dhabi Showdown Week, and UFC 280 headlines: Oliveira Vs Makhachev , Disney’s The Lion King, and IIFA Awards Abu Dhabi 2023. For fans of rap and global urban music, the Wireless Festival will debut in Abu Dhabi in March 2023.
