A woman’s case has been dismissed by a court over a lack of evidence after a woman accused her brother of damaging her relationship with her family through abusive messages he sent on the family’s WhatsApp group.
The Arab woman has filed a lawsuit against her brother, asking him to pay her brother Dh200,000 in compensation for the abusive and abusive messages he shared on the family’s WhatsApp group, official court documents say material, mental and psychological damage suffered. .
She said the message led to misunderstandings between her and some of her family members and damaged their relationship.
During the trial, the defendant denied the charges against him, emphasizing that the plaintiff was not harmed. He said that the relationship between his sister and the rest of the family is still good.
After hearing from all parties, the judge of the Al Ain court of first instance dismissed the lawsuit on the grounds that there was insufficient evidence to support her claims.
The woman will also pay her brother’s legal costs.
