Construction on the project will begin in the second quarter of 2023, with handover expected to begin in the early second quarter of 2026.
The community will feature an ecological esplanade, amphitheater, dry deck water play area, skate park, paddle courts, basketball and volleyball courts, climbing walls, playgrounds and parks. Within the community, residents will also have access to schools and early childhood centres, retail and dining outlets, health clinics, petrol stations, multipurpose event spaces, barbecue and picnic areas, a mosque and three Majalises.
The development is part of Aldar’s wider masterplan for Saadiyat Island and will be located near Saadiyat Grove and Soul Beach at Mamsha Al Saadiyat. The community will be located on a 6.2 million sqm site acquired by Aldar in early 2022.
