Jada Pinkett-SmithHer mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris (Adrienne Banfield-Norris), also known as Gammy, was open to her past drug addiction. On Wednesday, she celebrated another year of sobriety.
Gammy shared a section of herself and Say, “Today is my anniversary. My clean date, 31 years, once a day, the paragraph in the basic text can’t be more suitable for a day like today, because for me that paragraph is about surrender. I have Spent so many years of crazy addiction, in and out, but the revolving door tried to restore my life to its original state, you know surrender is a struggle. But it is surrender that is the beginning of the change in my life.”
She shared another video of her scenery and added: “When we reached the end of the road, we found that no matter whether we take drugs or not, we can no longer be humans. We are all facing the same dilemma, or do our best. We will find a new way of life when we can reach the end, prison, institution or death. Basic text, p. 87.”
Gammy talked about her dependence on heroin in the past Red table talkAs early as January, they aired an episode about drug rehabilitation. In this episode, Jada talked about her mother’s drug addiction and said: “I don’t think I found out until I was a teenager. My mother is addicted to heroin. I can see when my mother is tall. She can’t come to pick me up from school on time, or she’s dozing off and fell asleep while doing something, you’ll realize, oh, it’s not Tired, it’s like taking drugs.”
