The Abu Dhabi Government Academy has begun enrolling in the Group 6 Certified Assessor Training Program, which targets HR professionals, line managers, coaches and trainers of the Abu Dhabi government.
The five-day programme is designed to provide participants with the necessary skills and expertise to conduct business mock assessments and interviews.
This program is an ideal opportunity for participants to gain professional test-registered user certification based on competency and personality assessments. This enables them to apply, analyse and provide feedback on psychometric practices and qualifies them for job interviews and the adoption of ethics and best practices in competency-based interviews. Participants will also learn to apply objective behavioral evidence to make recommendations and make hiring and promotion decisions.
Upon successful completion of the programme, participants in the programme will also have the opportunity to obtain a Qualified Assessor certificate in assessment design and implementation management.

Abu Dhabi government employees who are eligible for the program can register by communicating with ADSG ambassadors in the government entity they work for. Registration will close on August 12. – arab trade news agency
