Al Baik to open its first branch in Abu Dhabi

Popular brand of roast chicken in Saudi Arabia Baker Opening soon in Abu Dhabi.

Fast food chain famous for crispy chicken, Opening for the first time in the UAE Held at The Dubai Mall last June, thousands of fans across the country were ecstatic.

Then it opened a second popup Expo 2020 Dubai Venue And enjoyed some of the largest queues at the event throughout the event.

There are now four branches in the country, in Mall of the EmiratesAjman city centre and Sharjah’s Al Majaz waterfront.

In December, Al Baik also launched Limited delivery of Talabat in Dubaicovering areas including Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Design District, Al Quoz 1, 2 and 3, Al Safa, Jumeirah 1, 2 and 3, Dubai World Trade Centre and Al Jaddaf.

But the brand has been missing from the capital – until now.

While the opening date has not been officially announced, Al Wahda Mall has seen an increase in branded stockpiles, indicating an imminent launch.

This means that residents of the capital will soon be able to taste the chain’s most popular and famous roast chicken, as well as prawns and fish fillets.

The first Al Baik in Jeddah In 1974, it only operated in the western provinces of Saudi Arabia (Jeddah, Mecca and Medina) for 38 years.

In the 1990s, a flagship store along the Makkah al-Sharif and a non-profit store during the Hajj season in Mecca served pilgrims.

The roasting method was still a novelty in the 1980s and 1990s, and over time Al Baik chicken has gained a reputation as a “must try” for pilgrims heading to Hajj or Umrah.

Dubai is its third stop in the Middle East, following the opening of two branches in Bahrain in 2020.
