UAE-based Al Habtoor Group has broken ground on Habtoor Tower, one of the world’s most innovative sustainable landmarks on a prime location on Sheikh Zayed Road.
An ultra-luxury living facility, including 1,701 keys, with a construction area of 3.5 million square feet and 81 floors above ground (G+7+73). It will be completed by mid-2026.
The hotel is ideally located on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal, overlooking the Burj Khalifa in the Business Bay area and close to the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC).
The majestic new tower will be built in Al Habtoor City, home to Dubai’s most luxurious lifestyle destination, officially launched in 2016, with three internationally branded hotels – Habtoor Palace .
