Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development signs agreement with Moonbug Entertainment

[ad_1]

ExCel LONDON, United Kingdom – As the entertainment industry in the Middle East and North Africa continues to grow, emerging partnerships underscore the industry’s growing strength in the region. The latest and most stylish development is the licensing agreement signed by Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development with Moonbug Entertainment. Through this partnership, Al Hokair Group will develop CoComelon Family Entertainment Centres in various countries in the MENA region, where guests and their children can meet JJ and his friends for a unique way of entertaining.

Al Hokair Group has selected the first CoComelon park in Saudi Arabia, followed by other parks in the region. The group has extensive leisure and entertainment experience and will transform the success of the CoComelon brand into an FEC for kids.

Moonbug Entertainment is an award-winning global entertainment company that powers some of the world’s most popular children’s games. Moonbug’s shows are broadcast on more than 150 platforms around the world, bringing unparalleled global scale to its ultra-popular shows like CoComelon and Blippi. The company’s goal is to be a natural part of every child’s upbringing, regardless of geography, culture or background. By inspiring and engaging children with fun and responsible stories, Moonbug encourages the next generation of kindness, compassion and resilience.

Taking a digital and audience-first approach, Moonbug has built its portfolio of assets by acquiring popular children’s IPs that were originally born in the digital space. By leveraging its creative and production expertise, the company has grown these assets from beloved YouTube shows into global entertainment franchises.

Mr Attia expressed optimism about the partnership, stating: “We are delighted to have signed this agreement with Moonbug, a promising entertainment brand with remarkable success. We are working within the entertainment division of Al Hokair Group to enhance our product portfolio and maintain our industry leadership.”

Since 1975, Al Hokair Group has been a dominant force in the hospitality and entertainment sector for decades. Over the past five years, the group’s projects have expanded to include 80 entertainment centers and 35 hotels, as well as locations in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt. The group is focused on delivering superior quality through strategic partnerships and growing expertise, improving return on investment while advancing the entertainment and hospitality industries in its target markets.
