Aldar Properties has announced the launch of Yas Golf Collection, its newest community on Abu Dhabi’s iconic Yas Island.
Overlooking the stunning Yas Links Golf Course and Abu Dhabi’s mangroves, the AED 1.7 billion (US$ 482.6 million) resort-style community has over 127,000 square meters of gross floor area and 1,062 apartments and duplexes.
Developers say the community offers a variety of residential typologies to cater to a broad customer base, from unfurnished and furnished apartments, to larger homes and units designed for investors interested in short-term rentals.
The unit overlooking the championship golf course also faces the water. They will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment layouts, as well as two- and three-bedroom duplexes.
In keeping with client trends, larger units in the community have been designed to include dedicated study rooms to facilitate working or studying from home, and a range of studio and one-bedroom units feature bespoke colour scheme packages.
Yas Golf Collection homes will be available to people of all nationalities from July 23, the Abu Dhabi-based developer said in a statement. Developers say their prices are competitive, starting at Dhs705,000 for studios and Dh1.24 million for apartments.
Yas Golf Collection is close to major annual global sporting events including the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship, Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix and UFC Fight Island. The community is close to Abu Dhabi’s main airport.
Speaking at the launch, Chief Commercial Officer Rashed Al Omaira said: “Building on the very successful launch last year on Yas Island, the Yas Golf Collection reinforces our belief in the island’s status as a world-class destination and attracts from residents and overseas buyers.”
“Given the wide range of units offered at Yas Golf Collection, we expect to see strong interest from residents looking for new homes as well as local and international investors looking to gain a foothold in Abu Dhabi’s attractive real estate market,” he said.
Inspired by resort-style living, the Yas Golf Collection offers residents a communal deck garden, community gym and swimming pool, gym, multi-purpose sports court and running track.
Clients will also enjoy all the existing facilities that Yas Island has to offer, as well as stunning views of world-class golf courses, as well as Abu Dhabi’s mangroves and skyline. The community also has 10 retail stores, a supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Construction on the Yas Golf Collection will begin in the first quarter of 2023, with handover expected to begin in the third quarter of 2025.
In line with Aldar’s Comprehensive Sustainability Strategy, under the Estidama Sustainability Rating System, Yas Golf Collection’s residences also aim to achieve a two-pearl rating for residential buildings and a one-pearl rating for public areas, exceeding the latest standards with the UAE as a backdrop.-Arab Trade News Service.
