Aldar Properties announced the sale of land in the second phase of Al Gurm, a coastal community on the southwest side of the main island of Abu Dhabi.
Aldar said in a statement on Monday that this solid sales performance is the latest sign of demand for various real estate investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
All 71 new plots dedicated to UAE nationals were purchased in Al Gurm, which consists of a series of archipelago-style islands with a total area of ​​more than 105,000 square meters. Each plot can use an exclusive beach, the plot area ranges from 900 to 4,400 square meters, distributed in three different areas: beaches, canals and islands.
Commenting on the strong sales performance, Rashed Al Omaira, Chief Commercial Officer of Aldar Development, said: “We continue to see demand for a wide range of real estate investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi. Island and Saadiyat, now the land parcel sales in Al Gurm have been completed.”
The first phase of Al Gurm was completed in 2010, and the construction of the second phase will begin in September 2021.
