A woman named Jumeika Davis claims Alexis Skyy scammed her out of $1,150 to live at Alexis’ former rehab center, which helped women recover from plastic surgery.
Davis first took the issue to social media
Made a TikTok explaining that she paid for a premium suite that would allow her to bring a person. But she claims she was told she couldn’t and the information on the now-deleted site was wrong.
Originally claiming her policy stated “non-refundable”, Alexis Skyy decided to return her money to Davis via CashApp. While Davis claimed she wanted a refund, she refused the money and returned it to Alexis.
Alexis said: “This is my official statement about a commercial enterprise that I no longer rely on. This company has a strict no-refund policy, but in the end, my team and I have decided to issue a full refund.” She continued: “Our full refund was denied, however, my team and I tried to rectify the situation.
Davis said on Instagram Live that she turned down the money because she wanted “justice.” She also accused Skyy of “being a habitual liar” and a “liar”.
Davis went on to say she plans to go to court, suggesting she will sue Alexis.
Roommates, what do you think about this?
