Amazon UAE has welcomed a number of new Emirati employees, many of which are filled by Emirati women, to support the UAE’s national Emiratisation programme and strengthen its commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Amazon continues to invest in Emirati talent by reskilling and upskilling employees, enabling them to advance their careers in one of the fastest growing industries in the region. The company has UAE employees across multiple functions across its organisation, covering finance, human resources, immigration, legal, administration, operations, retail and marketing.
