You’ve lived in Dubai, Chicago, and now Montreal — how has this global perspective shaped Altitude Connections?
Living across dynamic cities like Dubai, Chicago, and now Montreal has shaped my outlook on service and sophistication. Dubai, in particular, taught me the value of excellence, discretion, and anticipation — principles that are now embedded in the DNA of Altitude Connections. That international perspective allows us to understand the needs of globally diverse clients and to serve them with cultural awareness, taste, and precision, no matter where they are.

What sets Altitude Connections apart from traditional concierge services?
Altitude Connections was founded in 2013 to offer more than convenience — we offer you the luxury of time. It’s our signature promise. Our mission is to simplify life, enrich experiences, and give our clients the freedom to focus on what truly matters.

You’re also known for championing connection and community beyond concierge work. Can you tell us more about that?
Absolutely. I co-founded WIW – Women Investing in Women, a private initiative that brings together ambitious, like-minded women to share insights, invest in one another’s growth, and foster real collaboration. It’s about creating a space where experience and opportunity meet.
I also host a podcast spotlighting entrepreneurs and inspiring stories, and recently expanded into Weddings & Special Events, blending celebration with concierge-level detail. These ventures reflect a belief I hold deeply: that luxury isn’t just about what you have, but how you feel. Whether managing an international move or planning a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, we aim to create meaningful, lasting experiences.
What excites you about building connections in the Gulf region, especially given your ties to Dubai?
The Gulf holds a special place in my journey, living in Dubai deeply influenced my standards and vision. There is a clear alignment between the values of the region and what Altitude Connections represents: discretion, excellence, and a tailored approach to living well.
As our brand evolves, we’re exploring thoughtful ways to serve clients in the region. We’re not pursuing mass scale, we’re focused on quality relationships and selective expansion.
