Compared to the traditional production house model, Big Swell will seek to take a different approach, allowing producers to operate independently under the Big Swell banner, while encouraging a collective and collaborative approach from all involved creatives. Horwitz is currently building his team and has put together a strong set of projects in various stages.
Horwitz is supported by Mountaintop Productions, a Tel Aviv-based production company founded by Hezi and Omri Bezalel. Big Swell, in partnership with Bezalels, plans to leverage Mountaintop’s foundation of relationships in the Israeli and European content businesses to bridge the gap between these regions and Hollywood.

Horwitz brings a deep foundation of creative relationships and extensive experience in the Hollywood landscape to Big Swell, working primarily within the studio system as he helps guide films from conception to release.
