Appointed first contractor for Broome Living Project

first contractor The Bloom Living Project, which launched about five months ago, has been appointed. The developer of the project, Bloom Holdingsappointed Edrafor Emirates LLC as its first contractor.

Edrafor will be responsible for the start-up of the mixed-use residential community. The commissioning works are expected to start in September this year. That date will be before the launch of the second phase of the community. Therefore, this will be an important milestone in the development of Bloom Living.

The CEO of Bloom Holding spoke about the project. Carlos Wakim said that the appointment of Edrafor is a strengthening of their commitment to working with first-class partners. In addition, the CEO noted that adherence to high quality standards is synonymous with the Bloom brand.

The managing director of Edrafor also spoke about the project. Pierre Fayad said they look forward to working with Bloom holding and providing real value to the real estate market. Additionally, Pierre Fayad noted that the Bloom Living project will be built to the highest architectural standards.

Bloom Living is an all-encompassing gated community 2.2 million square meters of site.This site is nearby Zayed City and Abu Dhabi International Airport in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Cordova, Abu Dhabi’s first phase of Bloom Living sold out

Bloom Holdingsa group of companies working to develop sustainable and integrated urban communities in the UAE, announced that the first phase of their Bloom Living project (Córdoba) sold out within just four hours of listing.

Named after the Andalusian city, this phase is worth about $2.5 billion and features more than 4,000 two- and three-bedroom Spanish-style townhouses, apartments and villas, all around a large lake.
