On Saturday, April 29 at the Expo Complex at the Flathead County Fairgrounds, the Big Mountain Misfits will take on Butte’s Copper City Queens in the Flathead Valley’s first roller derby since 2020.
Expect fast-paced full-contact action, and it’s sure to be a close game.Doors open at 6pm, race starts at 7pm

storytelling activity
The Flathead Valley Community College Continuing Education Center will host a live storytelling event “Tell Us Your Story” on Thursday, April 27 at 7pm
In celebration of National Storytelling Day, students will share inspiring and true personal stories. The event will be held in Room 139 of the FVCC Arts and Technology Building.
Admission is free, doors open at 6:45pm

mother’s day tea
The Conrad Building is hosting its third annual Mother’s Day Tea Party and Tour.
Afternoon tea and tours at the Great Hall of the People on Saturday, May 13 and Sunday, May 14 at 11am and 2pm.
Guests are encouraged to wear tea party attire. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the entire Conrad Mansion while learning about Kalispell’s founding father, Letty Conrad.
Each tea party and tour is limited to 24 people and lasts approximately two hours.
Reservations required, call 406-755-2166 to purchase tickets. Tickets are $45 per adult and $30 per child ages 5-17.
