The exquisite artwork highlights many of Dubai Holdings’ iconic development projects and the skyline that defines Dubai’s landmarks.
“For the better of tomorrow” is a 133-meter visual art work created by a duo of UAE artists Arya and Maisha DamitanDisplayed on an environmentally friendly billboard created by Dubai Holdings Urban art gallery space on Umm Suqeim Street. The illustration tells the impressive development of the UAE over the past 50 years through four evocative chapters-environment, trade, urban development and space exploration. The work starts from a Gaff tree in the sand dunes, and tells the country’s journey from the symbol of sailing (referring to pearl picking and trade that contribute to the country’s prosperity and stability) to agricultural development to urban development and urban development. The modernization of the entire UAE; finally completed the mission of the UAE’s Hope Probe to explore Mars; represents the UAE’s vision for the future, highlighting its achievements in the well-being of the country and all mankind.

Arya and Maisha Demitan It is a pair of artists who are passionate about experimental design. In their work, they emphasize the constantly changing parameters in the design process and use various methods to convey information.They are all Tash Keel.

Earlier this year, Dubai Culture successfully collaborated with Dubai Holdings to bring these two entities together to support Hatta’s cultural and creative community through a series of initiatives aimed at Hardaway youth and entrepreneurs.
