Ashley Benson is reportedly seeking an order of protection against a man who allegedly stalked her.
The 32-year-old star has filed papers seeking help from a judge because the 2-year-old had been “constantly seeking to have sex with her” and even threatened to “interact with him at a minimum” if she didn’t.
As TMZ reports, Ashley noted in her filing that she never provided him with her contact information, and that his alleged behavior has been going on for more than a year.
In addition to being in touch with her by phone, the person is said to have been in constant contact with her on social media.

Ashley said he “stalked” her location on social media and even approached her in a way he described as “frightening”.
Although she blocked his number, he called her from 40 different numbers.
