The program compiles an annual list of 23 top-performing organizations in the Middle East based on assessments of more than 250 organizations in the region. Findings from this year’s program demonstrate how successful companies are at maintaining great workplaces and positively impacting their employees and communities, fostering change and accelerating success. According to this year’s research, 84% of employees say they come to and leave work inspired and motivated, and motivated to do their best for the future success of their organization.
