AstraZeneca tops list of best places to work in the Middle East

AstraZeneca, a leading multinational pharmaceutical and biotech company, tops the list of best places to work in the Middle East, followed by BSH and Roshn.

The certification recognizes employer excellence by assessing the quality of people practices and employee experience around eight themes: effective leadership, people strategy, relationships, employee engagement and corporate social responsibility. Companies to be considered must have been identified as a Top Employer in at least one country in the region.

The program compiles an annual list of 23 top-performing organizations in the Middle East based on assessments of more than 250 organizations in the region. Findings from this year’s program demonstrate how successful companies are at maintaining great workplaces and positively impacting their employees and communities, fostering change and accelerating success. According to this year’s research, 84% of employees say they come to and leave work inspired and motivated, and motivated to do their best for the future success of their organization.
