As leadership skills and talent retention are hot business topics to stimulate and sustain growth, Ush Dhanak of the EQ (Emotional Intelligence) Academy has created a new ‘Emotional Intelligence Program for Enterprise’ to be rolled out in the Gulf region and globally.
Following the success of earlier projects with Australian public and private sector corporate clients, Dhanak wanted to create a flexible program that included the latest approaches in understanding and using emotional intelligence to improve the performance of employees at all levels.
“The purpose of the program is for leaders to discover and use techniques that will not only improve their own performance, but will also allow them to develop high-level, best-in-class teams,” Dhanak said.

Delivered through a combination of online and face-to-face training, the program is usually conducted with a single client, but group sessions involving multiple companies are also available.
