Azizi completes over 50 jobs for Park Avenue I project


UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that its prime off-the-plan project, Park Avenue I in Dubai’s MBR City, is 58% complete.

The project includes 372 residential units and 29 retail units spread across three buildings, each with a well-equipped gym and swimming pool.

Work is progressing rapidly and the structure of Park Avenue I is now 98.30% complete, construction 58% complete, blockwork 99% complete and interior stucco work 84.60% complete. The total workforce was also increased to 660 to further speed up construction.

Regarding ongoing projects, CEO Farhad Azizi said: “We have made significant progress on our Park Avenue project. By strengthening our procurement procedures and appointing only the most reliable contractors, we have achieved faster construction results and further Raising our standard quality bar and exceeding the expectations of our valued investors and end users.”

“Our Park Avenue development is ideally located, offers first-class amenities and a premium, comfortable and contemporary lifestyle, attracting both local and international investors,” he said.
