Azizi launches new real estate brokerage academy

UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced plans to launch a brokerage academy called the “Azizi Center of Excellence”.

Through a series of topic-specific workshops, Azizi aims to facilitate knowledge transfer and educate channel partners on issues ranging from construction and engineering all the way to customer service to further enhance professionalism across the industry.

The main purpose of the Academy is to help the industry to better serve local and international investors by ensuring more complete, informed and proficient advice and eliminating misunderstandings and any lack of competence that may arise from lack of awareness and unfamiliarity. In its statement, the developer said Azizi will educate its brokerage partners on topics that Azizi considers important.

The seminar will cover a variety of topics including International Marketing Methodology and Sales Strategy, taught by Azizi’s Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, Nima Khojasteh, and its Head of Marketing, Ehab Yasin, as well as Public Relations and Communications Strategies, led by Azizi’s Head of PR and Communications, Tizian HG Raab.

Construction and engineering processes were also an important part of the workshop, according to the UAE developer, led by Azizi’s Chief Development Officer, Mohamed Ragheb Hussein, who will lead participants in an in-depth discussion on how to identify and communicate quality, construction timelines and more.

Additionally, Azizi’s Legal Director, Amir Ballal, will conduct seminars on legal procedures and Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
