Supermodel Jessica Minh Anh says Asma Sultana’s dresses are ‘seductive, glamorous and very intriguing’
Bangladeshi couturier Asma Sultana, better known as Sultana A, will celebrate the seventh anniversary of supermodel Jessica Minh Anh’s “water fashion show” in Paris next month. She will present her latest Zoan Ash Couture collection.
The September 4 show will showcase a new collection and an all-female lineup of designers from Europe, North America, Asia and South America. This was announced in a media statement by Minh Anh’s runway production company, JMM Paris.
A huge faceted glass boat and special seating arrangements will be used to create the illusion that the models are walking on the Seine.

Other participating designers include: Peruvian haute couture designer Ani Alvarez Calderon, UAE fashion brand Atelier-Zuhra, French luxury jewelry brand De Galluchat, Japanese legend Yumi Katsura, American newcomer Nuriyah, and Vietnamese brand COCOSIN.
Zoan Ash’s royal collection features rich fabrics, exceptional color combinations, and exquisite embroidery and embellishments.
Jessica describes the dresses as “seductive, glamorous and very intriguing”.
She says she particularly likes Asma Sultana’s modern take on a classic silhouette that “flatters the female figure perfectly.”
“Each piece is a work of art influenced by modern craftsmanship. It celebrates the beauty of women while expressing their individuality,” the supermodel and famous fashion show producer says of her decision to present Asma Sultana’s collection Said.
“I can’t think of a better representation of Bangladesh and South Asia on this show,” Jessica added.
Zoan Ash was established on November 1, 2015 in association with the popular Bangladeshi brand of Ecstasy.
