Bahraini property developer Bareeq Al Retaj has unveiled a new brand identity and strategic direction at Cityscape Bahrain, which this year concluded in Manama yesterday (25 November).
At the event, Bareeq Al Retaj debuted no less than four premium local developments, showcasing new master-planned communities, waterfront villas, high-end branded residences and canal apartments.
In total, it has released more than 2 million square meters of pioneering development space to Bahrain, including the country’s first ‘natural community’, Ras Hayan Village, set in natural mangroves.
What makes Ras Hayan unique is its organically conscious zoning and masterplanning of residential, leisure and natural spaces, integrally integrated into the natural environment. Bareeq’s stand also debuted the Nuun Al Bahrain beachfront villas, which span 1.5 million square meters in Bahrain’s southernmost tip.
Nuun Al Bahrain is a vibrant C-shaped community of four-bedroom beachfront villas and unique entertainment spaces, offering sophisticated living that combines smart urban planning with design excellence.
The third major project is Strata in Dilmunia, a ten-storey high-end apartment community with excellent facilities in a prime location on Dilmunia’s Grand Canal.
Finally, the exclusive brand Four Seasons Private Residences is part of the Bareeq management portfolio, offering 112 bespoke residences in Baling Bay.
Regarding the key projects, Dr Maher Al Shaer, Managing Director and Vice-Chairman, said: “Our exhibition debut has generated a lot of interest as we not only showcase the new community we will be bringing to Bahrain but also launch our new venture brand and strategic direction.”
“These projects have now been officially launched, and investors and end-users are particularly interested in our project concepts, as each project brings a completely new product to the local market. Ras Hayan’s sustainability focus, Nuun Al Bahrain’s next First-class entertainment island and beachfront living, Strata’s luxury apartment lifestyle, and the unique brand of hospitality offered by Four Seasons Residences – all have done their part to grow Bahrain’s real estate sector,” he said.
He added that Bareeq will certainly play a key role not only in presenting its own vision and projects, but also in connecting developers, investors and other entities to collaborate on development opportunities and the strong growth of the Kingdom’s real estate sector.
