(KNSI) – Cue John Philip Sousa! It’s a week-long celebration of red, white and blue in Becker with free day events.
The Grand Prix is underway with a bubble party on the splash pad tonight from 5:30 to 7:30. Starting tomorrow, the Sherborne History Center will present its Visual Art Display and Ice Cream Social from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.During the day, American Home Insurance will hold a free windshield shard repair event from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Steil Insurance plans to serve walking tacos for lunch from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
On Friday, the Becker Blast Softball Tournament really kicks off the holiday season. Bill’s Family Foods will be offering $1 meals from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, plus a car show and American Legion block party starting at 4:00 pm, including live music, raffles and silent auctions, and food starting at 6:00 pm :00 to 10:00 pm Softball, hot rods, and maybe a slice of apple pie are the pinnacle of America.
Saturday is a parade followed by dance and music until 10:00pm when fireworks light up the night sky.Full List of Events here.
