“After getting a call from Big Ticket, I thought it was fake, maybe a prank. I disconnected the line and blocked that number. After a while, I got a call from another number,” the Bengaluru man told harrij times.
It is worth noting that Mr. Koroth learned about the Big Ticket live draw from his friend and started buying Big Ticket draw tickets online. On March 22, he bought a second ticket from the Big Ticket website and tried his luck again.
After winning the jackpot, Mr Koroth said he was “still in disbelief”.
”I couldn’t believe I won first prize. I still can’t believe it. I purchased this ticket through the “buy two get one free” option. The lottery ticket I won was the third,” he added.
According to media reports, he is currently undergoing knee surgery in the hospital. He now plans to use the money to fulfill his long-standing dream of starting a business.
”I have a dream. I will try to achieve the same,” he said.
