‘Secondstarring South Indian actor Mammootty and directed by Amal Neerad, heeshma Parvam has its world premiere at Expo 2020 Dubai. Mammootty himself, along with actors Soubin Shahir and Sreenath Basi, also attended the global launch of their upcoming film, which opens worldwide on March 3. This is the first time the film has had its world premiere at the Al Wasl Dome at Expo 2020 Dubai.
The India Pavilion celebrates the actor with the title “Celebrating Mammoths at Expo 2020” in recognition of his contributions to Indian cinema. Later, the pavilion was also visited by celebrities. The event is organised and executed by Equity Plus Advertising in Dubai.
The overseas distribution rights for Bheeshma Parvam were acquired by Truth Global Films, which has made its first foray into overseas film distribution during the Covid-19 pandemic with Mammootty’s The Priest, which has been successfully released in theaters.
BheeshmaParvam is a highly anticipated release as it marks Amal’s second feature with Mammootty after a 14-year hiatus. The duo had previously worked together for Big B, which was a huge success and built a cult following among fans over the years.
