According to spokesperson Andrew Wyatt, Bill Cosby believes that R. Kelly did not receive a fair trial in his federal racketeering and sex crime cases.
White tells TMZ He talked to his client R. Kelly was convicted of all nine counts.
“The first thing he said was,’Look, this guy was crushed to death by the railroad,'” Wyatt told the photographer.
He then provided more insights, naming lawyer Gloria Allred (she represented the alleged victim in the case of Cosby and R. Kelly) as the culprit for why Kelly got an unfair deal.
“As he said, Gloria Allred did the same thing to him,” Wyatt said of Bill Cosby. “You marched the women out to incite the public against him. That’s what they did to R. Kelly.”
On Monday, a federal jury found R. Kelly guilty of nine federal counts of extortion, sexual offenses, kidnapping and human trafficking. He will be sentenced in May 2022 and is considering the maximum life sentence, but Wyatt believes Kelly can overturn his conviction just like his client.

“The Pennsylvania Supreme Court reversed the conviction of my client because they saw the truth, and what we saw in the United States today, you know that R. Kelly was an attack on black people,” Wyatt said. “This is an attack on successful black people who are doing great things.
