Billie Eilish closed her online store on Saturday (04.22.23) in support of Earth Day.
The Grammy-winning musician closed her store and instead encouraged her fans to donate to GRID Alternatives, an eco-conscious nonprofit based in California, and Support And Feed, which is seeking Tackling food insecurity and the climate crisis.
Billie, 21, who has previously been outspoken on various environmental issues including the fight against climate change, wrote on Twitter: “In honor of Earth Day, Billie Eilish stores are closed and fans and shoppers are encouraged to contact one or Two donations. These amazing organizations.

“Support + Feed: https://supportandfeed.org/donate/ (sic)”
Billie’s post also explains what the two organizations do.
Earth Day is an annual event that shows support for environmental protection.
Meanwhile, earlier this year, Billie spoke about her desire to “go off the grid” and “eliminate” her carbon footprint.
The “All I Want” hit star wishes she could figure it out on her own – but she knows it’s not going to happen.
Speaking about the climate crisis, Billie told Vogue: “We all wish we could. I wish I could change my life and save the world alone.
“Grow my own food, off the grid. Eliminate my carbon footprint.
“But all it’s doing is obliterating me. We can actually fix this if everyone is only doing half of what they’re supposed to be doing.”
Billie also acknowledged her role in the climate crisis.
The singer – one of the world’s best-selling artists – said: “I have to fly. I hate it.”
