Binghatti Developers recently launched its latest residential development, Binghatti Creek. “Binghatti Creek is a luxury residential building with an estimated value of over AED400 million.
This is based on the strength of the Dubai real estate market over the past few months and the hype surrounding Expo 2020 Dubai. There has even been an increase in high demand from investors and strong demand for residential units due to its strategic location and very competitive pricing.
