Leading property development company Bloom Holding has appointed Edrafor Emirates as the start-up contractor for Phase II of Toledo, Bloom Living, a fully integrated and turnkey residential community in Abu Dhabi.
Toledo has 405 units, ranging from two- and three-bedroom townhouses ranging in size from 120 to 171 square meters, to three- to five-bedroom detached villas ranging in size from 254 to 428 square meters .
It features a community center with two swimming pools and two children’s play areas, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning landscaping, the developer said.
To further promote an active and healthy lifestyle, residents can walk or cycle to a mosque and two excellent international schools, it added.
Announcing the contract award, CEO Carlos Wakim said: “Bloom Holding has built a reputation for excellence in the real estate industry. Six months after a successful launch, the inauguration in Toledo is the first of its kind for Bloom Living and this is the latest in its history. crucial step.”

Wakim noted that the 2.2 million-square-metre project, inspired by Mediterranean Spanish architecture, will have more than 4,500 residences, including a selection of villas, townhouses and apartments, once complete.
Phase two of Bloom Living is scheduled to be completed by the second quarter of 2025, he added.
