Bloom awards licensing contract for 4,000-unit project in Abu Dhabi

United Arab Emirates – Bloom Holding, a leading real estate development company, has signed Edra with Emirates as its first contractor for Bloom Living, a fully integrated residential community in Abu Dhabi.

Contractors will begin commissioning work in September ahead of the second phase of the community, marking a major milestone in Bloom Living’s development.

Spread across 2.2 million square meters, Bloom Living has more than 4,000 residences, including a selection of villas, townhouses and apartments to meet the unique needs of residents of all generations.

Bloom Living’s architecture is inspired by the rustic vibe of the Mediterranean, seamlessly blending traditional Spanish design with modern decor. Highly accessible gated community located within Zayed City, close to Abu Dhabi International Airport.
