Bloom Holding has chosen Emirates Link Maltauro L.L.C. as the main contractor for phase two of Bloom Living Toledo, a part of its integrated residential community. Toledo is the second phase of the AED9 billion Bloom Living project, offering various unit types and set for completion in Q2 2025.
Phase one, Cordoba, is progressing well and will be delivered in Q4 2024. Bloom Holding’s CEO, Carlos Wakim, emphasized the project’s importance and its contribution to Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.
Toledo will feature a Community Center, interconnected parks, a Town Center, and more amenities, creating a vibrant and sought-after community.
