Bhargava’s journey is as multidimensional as the products PSTechLabs now creates. A seasoned AI Architect and Data Engineer with over nine years of experience, his early career began at the nexus of neuroscience and machine learning. He developed EEG-based cognitive models and conducted research in adaptive learning — a foundation that would later influence his passion for ethical and responsible AI.
Since then, he has led ambitious AI initiatives across cloud ecosystems like AWS, GCP, and Azure, building MLOps frameworks and scalable AI/ML pipelines.
“My current focus is building robust AI governance frameworks,” he says. “We want performance, yes, but not at the cost of transparency.”
The Spark: A Bridge Between Two Worlds
PSTechLabswasn’t born in a eureka moment but from a slow-burning realization.
“The idea came from seeing a recurring gap,” Bhargava explains. “Researchers had ideas but no path to market. Meanwhile, industries wanted innovation but couldn’t access academia. We had to build a bridge.”
That bridge became PSTechLabs — not merely a product company, but a platform for research commercialization. Its mission: to harmonize academic rigor with the pace and needs of industry.
