The idea of Limitless Bubbles was the outcome of the Covid 19 pandemic. At that time, Hashem wanted to create something to help people enjoy their outdoor experiences without worrying about Covid. Learn more about Hashem Khair and Limitless Bubbles through our interview below.
How did you start your entrepreneurial journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?
I’m a 30-year-old Digital Sales & Marketing graduate from the University of La Trobe University Melbourne/Australia. I appreciate the beauty in nature and how we should indulge in it in all possible ways, even in winter and windy seasons.
I dreamed of a sustainable, eco-friendly green building project during my college years. However, I was focusing on my graduation, saying the right time would come to fulfil my dreams. After graduation, I got a work permit to pursue my work journey in Australia. Soon, the Corona hit our lovely planet, and I had to go back to my lovely country Jordan.
During that quietness and self-reflections in our backyard, the idea came to me to start my dream in the shape of a bubble, where people can enjoy their outdoors in cold seasons, so I started building the foundation of my vision by kicking it off as a sample for myself, so I called the project “Limitless Bubble” had one in my garden and started promoting it in the social media, the feedback was overwhelming.
Advice for the Ambitious:
Never doubt your dreams, always believe that they can become real, and never give up on your goals. It took me 8 months for my first order, so always believe and dream BIG.
What do you believe is the most crucial part of continuing business seamlessly?
From my leadership skills combined with my studies background.
We saw that you are active as a leader in multiple companies. What are your goals through your companies & how do you plan to help individuals with them?
Simply through practising transparency, being a more active listener, gracefully accepting constructive criticism, and improving employee relations.
Describe yourself in one word.
“Determine” is the word that defines me the best. When I believe in something I go full force, even my parents they start saying: (Opppps Hashem turns the Turbo on)
Does employees’ energy & enthusiasm have a hand in business success? How do you plan to motivate the team to go the extra mile?
Always give them credit for their work. It can be as simple as empowering them by thanking them for their effort. Acknowledging their efforts & complementing them will make them eager to give more.

Did you face any challenges during your career? If so, how were you able to overcome them?
At first, my vision of a bubble inside home gardens was doubted by several people. I was wondering what a home bubble would look like, but I thought it was a great idea. Thankfully, the hard work of the team, accompanied by a stubborn vision, made it a reality.
Are you adopting digital transformation? How is it helping your business?
The digital transformation had a huge impact on my business. It made the marketing process smooth, efficient and effective. I am using Social Media as the main marketing tool to generate leads, branding & engagement, which has proved extremely useful.
Do you use innovative ideas to be unique?
We are directing our full focus on building towards a more sustainable future. We aim to be eco-friendly, and in the future, we plan to go all the way.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?
We offer reasonable prices yet premium quality, including a warranty. With regards to the installation, it’s an easy process. Furthermore, we are developing our product more diverse from the bubble idea. We have concluded projects which deal with covering outdoor restaurant areas and more. Also, covering balconies has become trendy, and we are adapting to any demand to fulfil our client’s needs and expectations.
