Canadian automotive company AXL Electric Vehicles (AXL), which aims to revolutionize the electric vehicle industry by reducing the price of luxury electric vehicles, plans to build an assembly line in the UAE to meet growing demand and support the local economy.

The new factory will create new jobs in the country, AXL founder and CEO Ali Eslami said at the unveiling of the SHARX-5, a prototype of the company’s new electric mid-size SUV, in Dubai. Ali Eslami added that the plant will produce around 50,000 vehicles per year in the UAE.

The luxury all-electric SUV will be available for online pre-order from May 29, 2023 in the regions listed on the AXL website, with the current estimated delivery date for GCC countries being Spring 2024.

The company’s founder and CEO, top executives, and top engineers attended a lavish event to fulfill the company’s mission of creating surprisingly affordable luxury cars. The SHARX-5 combines superior technology with luxurious features and an exceptional driving experience, all with climate sustainability at its core.

“We are excited to introduce the SHARX-5 to the world,” said Ali Eslami. “Our mission is to make luxury electric vehicles affordable to as many people as possible. By doing so, we can do our part to help reduce the impact of climate change and leave a legacy we can truly be proud of. We are “introducing a superior electric vehicle that delivers a superior driving experience. Built with advanced technology and designed with a relentless focus on innovation, we’re bringing luxury electric vehicles to a wider audience than ever before. “

In Ali’s view, the time for AXL to enter the market is just right. “We’re addressing the need for more affordable electric vehicles while delivering a luxurious driving experience.”

The global auto market is witnessing a rapid shift to electric vehicles, with governments starting to limit sales of new gasoline-powered cars, “which is happening sooner than many people think,” Ali said.

Responding to misconceptions related to the move to EVs, Ali commented that EVs are not expensive to repair and maintain, and that AXL will manufacture EVs with fewer parts than gasoline cars and be able to update them at any time – air.

Electric vehicles are increasingly cheaper to repair, break down far less frequently, require far less maintenance, and last several years longer than gasoline-powered vehicles.

AXL is committed to making the switch to electric vehicles as easy and seamless as possible. The AXL EV can be charged using a universal charger, and more public charging stations are being built every day.

Ali explained: “Our aim is to make AXL the leading electric vehicle brand globally by delivering a superior electric vehicle with outstanding features that make the driving experience the smoothest and most luxurious ride ever. The difference is, we set out to build what we could to make it as affordable as possible for as many people as possible.”

AXL Electric Vehicles Inc. aims to improve the lives of its customers and make a positive contribution to the community through hard work, commitment and innovation.

It was built to meet the growing demand for electric vehicles that are more environmentally friendly, cost less to run, maintain and deliver superior performance. The company, which aims to create a luxury electric vehicle that more people can afford, was founded on the belief that climate sustainability should be accessible to everyone, not just the wealthy.

AXL is rooted in six core values: Simplicity – a vehicle that has it all, Affordable – helping people make the transition faster and easier by making their vehicle the most affordable in its class, Luxury – Its EVs contain the most features found in high-end luxury vehicles, to ensure an effortless and comfortable driving experience, Safety – its technology is built with safety at its core, which includes every possible feature to enhance safety inside the vehicle.
