Carolin Henze has been appointed Sales Director for The St. Regis Abu Dhabi.
She joined the hotel in 2018 as a sales manager and has progressed rapidly in her career. Within a year, she was promoted to Account Director, Leisure Travel in 2019. In 2022, she will be promoted further to Assistant Director of Sales and Distribution. Finally, in 2023, she assumed her current role as Director of Sales.
With 9 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, including working with renowned hotel brands such as One&Only Reethi Rah Maldives, Henze will work closely with the Director of Multi-Property Revenue Strategy and the Director of Marketing and Communications. Her focus will be on crafting go-to-market strategies and ways to strengthen key market segments. Henze’s main objective is to enhance the St. Regis Abu Dhabi’s profile and strengthen its position in the market.
As Director of Sales, she will oversee the hotel’s extensive portfolio of corporate and FIT accounts with the aim of maximizing sales and increasing hotel revenue. In addition, she will manage, supervise and direct the entire sales and reservations team. With a strong ability to identify and optimize business opportunities, Henze has a proven track record of exceeding performance metrics. She will actively develop and maintain business relationships, proudly representing the hotel at key client events, luxury trade shows and other relevant occasions.
