Celebrate Chinese New Year, try new brunches and restaurants in the UAE

Sushisamba will host a “Rio Brunch” celebrating Brazilian culture. It will take place on January 28 and feature Brazilian-themed décor, entertainment and food.

The menu will include dishes such as Peruvian corn salad and salmon tiradito, served with mandarin oranges, crispy quinoa, salt kombu, kizami wasabi and avocado for starters. For the main course, guests can choose sea bass fillets in casserole, fried chicken slices or wok-fried beef, served with black truffle fried brown rice and jasmine rice or chicken fried noodles. Dishes are available from January 14th to February 13th.

The Parisian pastry boutique in Mina A’Salam, Jumeirah, Margaux serves almond vanilla cake, jam and coconut mousse to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Pastries are available from January 22nd to February 5th.

If you’re looking for a mid-day treat, Margaux also offers an afternoon tea experience, including baked savory pastries and pastries, and a selection of black, green and white teas.

The noodle house also offers Lunar New Year dishes from January 14th to February 13th. Selected dishes include vegetable spring rolls, grilled shrimp skewers with xo sauce, orange beef noodles, Hainanese chicken and snowy mooncakes.
