The south and east of the UAE can be seen rain Friday and weekend.
This National Weather Center Indicates that wet weather is likely for the next four days.
The center said Friday was “partly cloudy at times, with some rainy convective clouds likely to form eastward by the afternoon”.
Winds are expected to be light to moderate and fresh at times reaching 40km/h and blowing dust.
High temperatures are expected in Al Dhafra on Friday, with a high of 47°C. Fujairah recorded the lowest temperature ever recorded in the UAE, with a high of 36°C.
Abu Dhabi is forecast to hit 44°C and Dubai to 42°C.
On Saturday, the weather is expected to be “at times clear to partly cloudy, with the possibility of some rainy convective clouds to the east in the afternoon” with winds similar to Friday’s.
The centre said Sunday was “generally cloudy with some rainy convective clouds likely to form east and south in the afternoon” with winds reaching 40km/h.
It predicts similar weather on Monday and Tuesday.
Earlier this week, sandstorm cause cancellation 44 flights and 12 diversions.
Abu Dhabi Emergency, crisis and disaster management teams met on Sunday to prepare for the severe weather expected to affect the emirate this week.
Rain forecast in UAE will not as serious as expected.
