[Warning: The below contains MAJOR spoilers for Chesapeake Shores Season 6 Episode 8 “I Get a Kick Out of You.”]

But when Luke (Stephen Husal) stopped at the gas station and now we wonder if the penultimate episode of the series might be Very tragic.
Luke visited his parents’ graves on his mother’s birthday, and on the way back, he was in the store at the gas station when a man walked in and robbed the place. The cashier rushed to give him the money from the cashier, but she insisted that she did not know the code to the safe. Luke intervenes, trying to get the robber to leave, then distracts him by saying there’s a sign indicating it’s a time-lapse safe. Luke grabs him and they fight for the guns and then we just hear gunshots but don’t see gunshots. Finally we see that the gun is pointed in Luke’s direction… uh-oh! is Bray (Emily Ullerup) is about to lose her boyfriend after they finally resolve some issues in their relationship?
If so, that will come when Bree’s career is going well. Actress Miranda Livingston (Tammy Gillis) comes to town to discuss turning her book into a movie with Brie, and the writer wants to make sure she’s the right fit. So, she has a plan to expose her true nature: She lets the waitress screw up her order. But Miranda shrugged. She seems to want to do justice to her work, demanding to know about Bree and her family.

However, Bree didn’t take Miranda’s criticism for using too much oral filler when asked about a question she didn’t expect or moving her hand when she was excited.Luke hints she’s just trying to help, Evan says Miranda is one of the good guys after playing her celebrity danger (both lost to Neil Patrick Harris.) So at the end of the episode, Brie meets Miranda again, and it looks like she did the movie with Miranda.
- Evan’s DNA test came back and showed he had some cousins he didn’t know about. At first, he didn’t want to know anything about them. As Mandrak (Wesley Salt) told Abby (Megan Orie), he’s used to being alone, which makes him vulnerable when people, especially family, are around. But after talking to Bree about giving strangers insight into your family (about her book and Miranda), Evan tells Abby and Mandrake about his father. As a child, his mother would tell him stories, but he thinks his father just left them. Now, he wants to get to know his new family. But to his surprise, when Mandlak returned from searching for answers, he wasn’t alone: Evan’s father was with him.
- Now believe his father is innocent, David try Use evidence to help his case. But finding a lawyer willing to accept Dennis as a client is easier said than done. Even the family lawyer wouldn’t answer David’s calls. FBI agents are pretty sure Dennis will be charged and will go to trial. Unsurprisingly, David ends up turning to Connor (Andrew Francis) and Margaret (Marissa Krause) to handle his father’s case.
