Chestertons Mena, a leading Dubai-based real estate consultancy, has launched a new construction consultancy and project management division, expanding its services to clients across the Mena region.
Kevin Duffield, supported by Directors Frank Gleeson and Jake Wright, leads the team, which has extensive experience working for a wide range of clients in all areas of project and program management.
From local developers to multinational corporations, industries covered include leisure and entertainment, hospitality, commercial and private real estate, and oil and gas.
Kevin’s impressive career spans 30 years and has held senior positions at Jones Laing LaSalle (JLL) and Turner & Townsend.
Since 2005 he has been instrumental in major capital investment projects in the Middle East and joins Chestertons Mena from the Public Investment Fund (PIF) where he was Development Director for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and led critical and complex Concept of real estate project delivery.
Gleeson is a skilled strategic business leader with 30 years of industry expertise and excels at working in challenging and fast-paced environments.
He runs his own consultancy, leads Jones Lang LaSalle’s fit-out team and most recently held a key role at Mena as an account representative for the delivery of the Saudi Arabian British Bank (SABB) headquarters in Riyadh.
Wright brings 16 years of experience to the team, having joined from the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he served as Director of Development, working alongside Kevin’s team.
His role was strategy and growth, where he helped deliver 35 assets in Riyadh and Jeddah. Jake also held senior positions at JLL, including launch strategy for 50+ theaters.
Chestertons established the division to meet the growing demand in the MENA market for certification services that maximize the potential of assets while aligning with the client’s business objectives.
