Piatti by the Beach has opened in Raffles Palm Hotel…
Just in time for the open-air dining season, a new seaside restaurant opened its blue doors for guests. Piatti by the Beach has now opened in the newly opened Raffles Palm Hotel on Palm Jumeirah.
Piatti offers neutral tones with blue accents and beach views that take you to the Mediterranean, summarizing the European lifestyle through food, music and atmosphere. Places inspired by the Amalfi Coast provide an Italian paradise in the bustling urban landscape of Dubai.
Chef Batuhan Piatti, a former Turkish chef’s judge, has created a menu of Mediterranean cuisine such as burrata with cherry tomatoes and fried Mediterranean mussels.
There is an insalata Amalfi with Mazara red shrimp, Taggiasca olives, avocado and cherry tomatoes, as well as a variety of raw seafood, including spicy scallops, grilled salmon, sea bass ceviche, king crab tacos and red king shrimp.
Soak up the winter sun on the spacious terrace or shade in the spacious dining room. An appropriately named “temptation room” is filled with handmade cakes and pies to satisfy any craving for sweets.
Chef Batuhan said: “I designed the menu with freshness, taste and simplicity. You will taste every bite of our Mediterranean menu. In addition to delicious food, our guests can also expect excellent service and unparalleled Location.”
Piatti by the Beach opens the newly opened Raffles Palm Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The huge resort also has a jazz bar, a Japanese restaurant and luxurious spa facilities.
Piatti by the Beach, Raffles Palm Island, Palm Jumeirah, open daily from 12 noon to 4.30 pm for lunch and 7 pm to 11.30 pm for dinner. Phone: (0)4 248 8889. @piattibythebeach
