This mad Men The 47-year-old actress shared the “little @viviennewestwood flashback” on instagram Today, Dec. 3, included a picture of the redhead bombshell sitting on a pale pink sofa, likely when it was her turn to model for the jewelry designer in 2011.
In the sweltering snap, Hendricks wears a form-fitting floral dress, with her hair blown into curls about her face. A simple necklace hangs just above her cleavage, and a pink gem-encrusted ring adorns the middle finger of her right hand, which she holds above her tilted head. She rests on her left hand, with her right elbow resting on her supported right thigh.
The model’s look included flushed cheeks, bold blue-red lips and dark, curly lashes.
At the time, the then 35-year-old told daily mail Katie Nicole Acting was her dream role.
“I had a really fun day trying on all the new Vivienne collections,” she said at that year’s Bafta Awards gala. “She was my favorite designer. As a young girl, I would cut out pictures of her dresses from magazines, even though I could never afford them.”
At the time, she had only one Westwood design in her wardrobe, so it’s no wonder she was delighted to be featured in the ad.
