How did you start your entrepreneurship journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?
I started my entrepreneurship journey close to a decade ago. After gaining experience from numerous exposures in the corporate culture, my main advice for aspiring entrepreneurs would be to always believe in what you are doing and keep your persistence accompanied with hard work to achieve the planned targets.
Entrepreneurs must understand that other people do not operate or think as normal employees do. One has to keep grinding day-to-day but have the perseverance and vision to break through in the medium term.
What do you believe is the most crucial part of continuing business seamlessly?
I believe communication is the most crucial part of business continuity. Crisis communication is one of the components – ensuring that there are transparent processes for communicating with customers, consumers, employees, and stakeholders.
One more thing which is really very important, is prioritization. Entrepreneurs should be highly skilled in setting up their priorities as per the business needs.
We saw that you are active as a leader in multiple companies. What are your goals through your companies and how do you plan to help individuals with it?
My primary goal is to attract and retain my top-notch employees by building their skills and recognizing them. So that when the company grows the employee would be able to catch up with its pace. I ensure to achieve greater efficiency in all aspects of the organization. To me, perfection is all about finding a steady footing in the middle of the evolving industry and its demands.
Describe yourself in one word.
Persistence
Does employees’ energy and enthusiasm have a hand in business success? How do you plan to motivate your team to go an extra mile?
Undoubtedly yes. I always consider the inputs and suggestions from my team and if necessary implement it. I strongly believe in teamwork and sharing responsibility. We set together clear goals and let them figure the best way to achieve them. I am totally against micromanagement and I give them the space they need to thrive. Further, I ensure to provide opportunities for the development of their skills.
How would you describe your leadership style?
I am both transformational and participative with my team, who looks ahead and thinks about what needs to be done to achieve the goals. Believing in change management and jumping always from comfort zone as it is necessary for success. My style requires the key personnel to be inclusive which encourages collaboration through accountability.
Did you face any challenges during your career span? If so, how were you able to overcome them?
Challenges have always been there throughout my career, and the main challenge is fear, fear from taking risk, fear from losing your job, your income, family conservative stress, fear from losing the guaranteed status and fear from going out of your comfort zone
Are you adapting to digital transformation? How is it helping your business?
Yes, we are adopting digital transformation. It helps the business in terms of increasing efficiency, decreasing effort, reducing waste and business agility and ultimately unlocking the new value of employees and customers.
Do you use innovative ideas to be unique?
In order for the ideas to be unique and innovative, you have to consider all sources such as employees, clients, suppliers, everyone, and don’t ignore any feedback.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients are getting from your company in this competitive world?
The leadership will reach somehow a considerable level when it starts to create a lot of leaders in an organization that is process driven and move out from one man show or individual driven approach
Continuous improvements are the key benefits that the clients are appreciating keeping the threshold cost in an acceptable level.
