The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention reported 47 cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus on Tuesday, with 134 recoveries and no deaths.

The total number of active cases is 15,298.

The new cases were detected through 18,019 additional tests.

As of December 27, the total number of cases in the UAE stood at 1,046,715, while the overall recovery rate was 1,029,069. The death toll remained at 2,348.

To date, more than 197,864,408 PCR tests have been performed in the country.
