Galadari Advocates continues to strengthen its corporate and commercial practice, with Gerry Rogers being promoted to partner in the firm’s DIFC office.
Gerry’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial as well as projects. He has extensive experience in high profile projects and transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including advising on structuring and project agreements as well as the corporate and technical aspects of such projects.
Before pursuing a legal career, Gerry worked both domestically and internationally as a chemical engineer. As a result of this experience, he has an unparalleled understanding of the inner workings of the energy industry, enhancing his legal capacity in such matters.
Gerry’s promotion is the latest strategic development to strengthen Galadari’s enterprise and commerce platforms and products.
