Pakistan, Maldives and Turkey are the eight countries that will be removed from the British Red List starting on Wednesday, September 22.
British Transport Secretary Grant Shapps (Grant Shapps) shared the latest UK travel updates on his Twitter.

The changes to the red and green travel lists were initially scheduled to be announced on Thursday. Other countries not on the red list are Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Egypt, Kenya and Oman.
Although Europe has relaxed travel restrictions on fully vaccinated people, expensive Covid-19 testing requirements still exist for fully vaccinated Britons, and as the more difficult winter approaches, travel recovery is hindered.
Transportation Secretary Grant Sharps said on Twitter: “I will develop measures to simplify international travel later today to reduce costs, take advantage of higher levels of vaccinations and ensure the safety of all of us.”
