Covid-19: Saudi Arabia says it must be vaccinated to use public transportation-News

All residents must show their vaccination status in the Tawakkalna app.

The official Saudi news agency stated that Saudi residents entering entertainment or sports venues, educational facilities and public transportation need to be vaccinated.

From August 1st, vaccination will require the following input:

> Economic, commercial, cultural, entertainment or sports activities

> Cultural, educational, social or entertainment activities

> Government or private organizations, whether as employees or visitors

> Government or private education facilities

The Saudi News Agency said that vaccinations are also required when taking public transportation.

All residents must show their vaccination status in the Tawakkalna app.

The SPA quoted the country’s Ministry of Health’s guidelines as saying that all Covid-19 preventive measures need to be followed.
