Covid: Three new 24×7, drive-through screening centres launched in Dubai – News

To meet the demand for Covid-19 screening tests and curb the spread of Covid-19, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has partnered with Unilabs to add three new drive-thru screening centres.

The new centres are located in Al Mankhool, Nad Al Sheba, Nad Al Hammar. A new screening room opens in Al Lusaily. Each center can administer 1,500 exams per day. These centres will be open 24/7.

There are more than 200 government and private screening centres across the emirate where Covid-19 testing is available.

Screenings in the Al Lusaily Hall are available by appointment only. Community members should use the DHA app to book a test appointment. The center is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Increased social awareness of the importance of regular Covid-19 screening, and community members’ enthusiasm to comply with regulations to expedite recovery steps and enhanced geographic access are factors that have led to the expansion of services.
